Beautiful Tuscan Gardens wedding reception and St. Mary’s Church ceremony. When Yanelly + Edgar reached out to me to capture their wedding, I immediately said yes! They are both Sanger locals who are now teachers serving the community. They had original plans to get married next year, but the universe had another timeline for them. Their local Parish had a date open for a summer wedding date, they then searched for a venue to match the date. They were looking to design and plan a wedding in only two months! Luckily they called around and found that Tuscan Gardens had an opening on the EXACT day their church also had an opening, it was simply meant to be. It was a HOT day in July, one of the first triple-digit days of the year, but it was worth it. I swear Yanelly + Edgar put as much into their wedding in 2 months as I did for my own wedding in 11 months of planning. It was beautiful! The florals, the pink table cloths, the personalized menu cards and of course the perfect venue as a backdrop. Everything came together seamlessly and I am incredibly honored that I was chosen to capture those memories!
We started off at Tuscan Gardens as Yanelly + Edgar got ready for the day and shared a moment to themselves with a first look. First looks always give me butterflies with anticipation for the couple, their moment was no different. After a few bridal and bridal party portraits, we headed to Sanger for their ceremony at St. Mary’s. Yanelly has a special connection to her church, she helped design the stain glass window at the front. It is GORGEOUS. What an incredible significance to be married in front of your own design. After their beautiful ceremony, they continued their celebration at Tuscan Gardens. Summer nights are the best and it was a perfect night to celebrate the love between Yanelly + Edgar.
