This sweet intimate elopement started off at the Ebell Long Beach Wedding venue. This is one of my most favorite wedding venues in Long Beach.
It’s one of my favorites because it’s right in the heart of Long Beach and close enough to some of my favorite bars in Long Beach, including Sweet Water and The Brit. A little side note, my wife and I reconnected one night at The Brit over 7 years ago.
Back to the beauty of Ebell. It is a historical building with roots as a women’s club in the 1920s. It has been reimagined into an exquisite Ebell Long Beach wedding venue with a show-stopping design.
These two originally wanted to marry at Ebell but decided to keep it lowkey instead. We decided to enjoy the different areas of Long Beach, during pride month obviously! We started off at the Ebell, made our way to Sweet Water for the rainbow crosswalk, and then ended at the Shoreline Marina for some night portraits.
These two are proud and wanted to showcase their pride with some of the local pride in Long Beach. Broadway street is the best area to see streets lined with rainbow flags and my personal favorite rainbow crosswalks.
(Side Note – Kim and I were packing up the moving truck and getting our last favorite cup of coffee. It just so happens that the sidewalks were painted that same morning. One of my favorite photos of us is in front of our favorite coffee shop Hot Java and these rainbow crosswalks – see below)
After enjoying Sweet water and Ebell Long Beach Wedding venue we ended the night at the Marina Shoreline. This area is so beautiful at blue hour as the sun quickly disappears and the lights of the harbor start to shine. You can’t forget the incredible Queen Mary peeking out in the background.
