The Grand 1401
The Manor estate
This opulent estate is a private residence-turned venue. Pictured below, you can see the ceremony hosted on the steps below. You can also use Western Gardens nestled in the foliage as a ceremony location, however, most couples choose to use the Western Gardens for the cocktail hour. The Manor is located just a few miles north of Fresno in Madera. The Manor has a rich history, including being built in Fresno and moved piece by piece to Madera in 1965. Historic Seven Sycamores
One of the most versatile wedding venues in the Central Valley. Historic Seven Sycamores is a private estate turned wedding venue. There are multiple areas within the site for you to host your day. Pictured below is the garden area which also hosts a covered patio with barn doors and a small gazebo, perfect for the cake. Across the property, there is the Glass Barn which provides a more rustic setting with a beautifully paved patio. At either location, you can have your ceremony indoors or outdoors which makes this venue so versatile! There is also a stunning driveway of eucalyptus trees, which provide an incredible backdrop for portraits. The venue is located in Ivanhoe, and amongst beautiful citrus orchards.
Wolf Lakes Park
One of my personal favorite venues, mostly because that’s where my wife and I got married 😉 Wolf Lakes is located between some private residences and you would never guess the beauty behind the gates. There are two different sides to this venue, and each one has a beautiful backdrop of the man-made lake. Lakeside – the ceremony is facing the lake and the English Garden side – the ceremony is surrounded by a luscious garden. Both Reception areas are on covered patios with the lake as the backdrop. The best part! There are boat rides throughout the reception for your guests to enjoy! My favorite detail of the venue is the hidden artwork among the gardens – at your walk-through, keep your eyes peeled.
