Meet Michelle

My name is Michelle Gunn and I would love to get to know you!

I live in sunny Central California with my wife, Kim, and spend most of my capturing beauty: nature, couples, families, you name it!

My wife and I just adopted a puppy, Riley, and we are so excited to add him to our little family. We already have two cats, Abby + Gunther, so integration has kept us on our toes. We love having a full house of fur-babes and soon hope to add some small humans to our family.

When I am not photographing…

You can find me hiking and scouting for new photo locations, and I am incredibly lucky to live so close to Yosemite + Sequoia National park. Living in the center of California makes it about 3 hours to two National Parks, the ocean, the desert, San Francisco, or Los Angeles. I have lived up and down California and I love the culture + colors of California; they lend themselves so well for beautiful photography settings.

Kauai Island is one of my happiest places in the world. I proposed to my wife on our 4 year anniversary with her love language – breakfast burritos. For our honeymoon, we went on a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean and I fell in love with so many of the little towns that we visited.
